Jean C. Ferris Reiki Master Excarnates August 16, 2015

My twin sister, Jean C. Ferris Reiki Master extraordinaire, died peacefully while meditating on August 16, 2015 in her home in El Paso, Texas. She had been having shortness of breath for 5 days and had been receiving Reiki treatments during her last days from several of her closest, loving friends, Sister Carol  and Eva. It became evident to all of us that her death was imminent. She was in good spirits and knew she would be passing soon. She wanted to be alone to meditate and continue self treatments. When her friends returned in 2 hours to check on her she was still sitting upright, her hands were placed on her thighs and her head slightly bowed. Dying while in meditation is the the most auspicious and highest path to take. We would not expect Jean to go any other way.

More Achievements for the Reiki Moms in Anapra, Mexico

The Sisters of Charity who orchestrate the Proyecto Santo Nino continue to provide and support so many helpful projects for the mothers and their challenged children in the dusty streets of Anapra, Mexico. Now, the mothers have fresh, potable water in the clinic but also at their homes.  www.waterwithblessings.org

The other latest accomplishment is the mothers have started their own business of sewing a variety of flags which can be purchased at this link. Jean C. Ferris, Reiki Master has recently visited the clinic for her annual Reiki Review and the mother's have presented her with a set of  flags.

Changes Taking Place

Its been quite a while since I blogged at this site. Lots of happenings are taking place in my life.

My Drs. were very surprised at my nipple healing and agreed with me that it would not be necessary to have additional surgery.

I got rid of my old juicer and bought a Nutri-Bullet, which is smaller and more powerful wattage. I have switched over from my Green Drink dried powder to juicing fresh twice a day. This unit is easier to clean and takes a minute to make a drink.

The next thing is my going to the gym again, three times a week. 45 minutes of elliptical cross trainer and 15 minutes of strength training.

The third thing and the most exciting is creating a distributorship with my twin in Life Vantage selling their products. First go to  ABC Primetime video for viewing and then Go to our site for details and let the products speak for themselves: Life Vantage. If you are interested please contact me at our site and I will get back to you.

Wake Up Calls

I was thumbing through some class notes from one of my favorite teachers, Sally Kempton. This caught my eye. Our transformation journey is spiral in nature. It is a series of repeating cycles of expansion and contraction.

We start with a Wake-up call to get our attention; a call to action. We practice, struggle with our effort, we attain and plateau, we fall, lose our great state, restart our self inquiry and arrive where we begin.
The cycle starts over, but hopefully we learn something and our journey begins from a new starting place.

There is a point where we must break the cycle. It is not supporting our sacred contract and journey. We must bid it farewell. Take fresh new steps to free ourselves.  Reiki On, Mrs. Takata said.

Waking Up to What We Already Know

We know deep in our hearts what we need to do, how we need to act, and what is important to our health.
 I remember saying once upon a time ago, if I would act on everything I knew was good for my health, I'd be in great shape and in a great place.  Well, I have been embracing changes in my life, changing my diet, going to the gym, continuing all the other things of support that rallied around my bodies since October.

So how am I doing? I feel so wonderful, healthy, strong, my cardio-vascular system is pumping out for 45 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer, my quadriceps are bulging,  my butt is slightly smaller, my weight-well I have gained weight, but I keep telling myself muscle weighs more than fat. My measurements haven't significantly changed that much, so something is not right about that theory.  I am drinking 2 green drinks a day and eating a smaller cooked meal at night. Am I discouraged? No, I am listening to my body and acting on the truth that I know. Change takes time and I just need to continue with my focused determination. Don't slacken your efforts, you are just beginning on a yearlong marathon.  My breast tissue varies from 90-99 % of normal.

I had a wake up call, which I listened to and acted on. Next week I revisit my doctors.

May We All Have a Wonderful 2013

I opened one of my favorite books, I Heard God Laughing, Renderings of Hafiz, and randomly picked a poem. What an appropriate New Year's Message:

Tripping over Joy

What is the difference
Between your experience of Existence
And that of a saint?

The saint knows
That the spiritual path
Is a sublime chess game with God

And that the Beloved
Has just made such a Fantastic Move

That the saint is now continually
Tripping over Joy
And bursting out in Laughter
And saying, " I Surrender!"

Whereas, my dear,
I am afraid you still think

You have a thousand serious moves.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hira says,
"I Surrender, I Surrender, I Surrender
                and
With Self-Effort and Grace
I will Be All and  Do All."
Self Love
Merry Christmas to All,
The other day I was filled with love as I sat in my chair listening to a Sanskrit chant. It is the kind of love that takes your breath away and makes your eyes misty. "Oh my", I said to myself. "I love me" are my next words. This is not my first encounter with self love but rather as the darkness leaves me there is room for new light to enter in the form of inner love and self love. God is always making certain our cup runneth over.
I remember when my mother was dying and semi comatose. She woke one day asking for a glass of....
hesitating.... of ..... self esteem. She was 82 years old. It is never to late in life to ask for it, pray for it or embrace it. I remember when my father had an experience of self love in the grocery store, after he had received spiritual awakening from Gurumayi. He said, "I like myself". He was in his late 70's.
SELF LOVE is present when you are connected to God. It is not until you can love yourself unconditionally that you can love another unconditionally. When you are disconnected from God,  you then live out of fear and not loving yourself. From that point you start to spiral downwards and your life becomes a hardship.
Let love in, hug yourself, give yourself a kiss in the mirror, and watch how your life changes. I love me and I love all of you.
